In three intensive sessions, take your raw idea to a deployed, stress-tested MVP using best-in-class AI tools.
Recent AI progress has made it possible for anyone to build a working prototype regardless of technical skills. But most haven't caught up to this.
Does any of this sound like you?
Finding the right person is challenging, so you wait to launch while your idea sits on the shelf.
You hire someone on Upwork, wait weeks, and end up with something that doesn't match your vision.
YouTube tutorials and no-code tools get you demos, not functioning products.
Every month without a testable product costs you runway, money, and first-mover advantage. Speed is survival.
This program assigns you to teams so you can build together, just as you would at a real company.
Take a raw concept and turn it into a working prototype using AI tools. Go from idea to deployed product in hours, not months.
Play investor, customer, and skeptic. Poke holes in each other's products, sharpen the pitch, and stress-test viability.
You'll take turns both building and pressure-testing, validating each other's tools until you get it right in fast-paced mini sprints.
Each session builds on the last. By the end, you won't just understand AI building. You'll have shipped something real.
Go from "I have an idea" to a working first prototype.
Ship fast, get feedback faster.
Ship it live. Then defend it.
Here are a handful of examples of products you could ship right now.
A chatbot trained on your product or catalog that handles customer questions 24/7.
Connect creators with brands, match freelancers to projects, or build a curated community directory.
Turn podcast episodes or long-form content into social posts, newsletters, and clips. Automatically.
Track leads, manage inventory, or monitor KPIs. Built for how your business actually works.
An interactive quiz, calculator, or assessment that captures emails and qualifies prospects on your site.
Whatever your startup idea is, you'll have a working version live on the internet by week three.
Every participant walks out with tangible, usable outcomes. Not notes from a workshop.
A real, working product that's live on the internet. Not a mockup, not a prototype locked in a sandbox. Something you can share and test today.
Your idea has been pressure-tested by peers playing investor, customer, and skeptic. You'll know what holds up and what needs work.
The operational mindset of 2026: how to architect business logic and manage AI as your workforce. You'll never need to wait on a developer again.
Personalized guidance from Guillaume and your cohort throughout the build process. Targeted feedback on your specific product.
Guillaume is a Principal AI Product Builder and founder of AIGEN Consulting, where he's delivered multi-agent AI systems for clients across media, healthcare, sports tech, and private equity. He calls himself a "Natural Language Programmer," someone who translates business logic into autonomous AI workflows without writing traditional code.
His track record includes building custom AI teams that cut production costs by 75%, launching a global digital health platform with 135,000+ users at Movember, and leading AI product strategy at OutcomeMD, where he helped secure $3.7M in funding. He currently leads AI enablement workshops and training at ALO in Beverly Hills.
Guillaume doesn't teach prompting. He teaches you to architect AI systems the way he builds them for real companies. If you can describe what you want to build, he'll show you how to ship it.
Three Fridays. Three hours each. Walk in with an idea, walk out with a deployed product.
Limited spots. First cohort starts March 20, 2026.
No. This workshop is designed for non-technical founders who want to build using AI. You don't need to write code. You need to think clearly about what you're building and why. Guillaume will show you how to translate that thinking into a deployed product.
An idea, even a rough one. A problem you've been thinking about, a product concept, or a business you want to prototype. You'll also want a laptop with internet access.
You'll be assigned to a team each session. Some participants focus on building a working prototype using AI tools, while others play the role of investors, customers, and advisors, pressure-testing viability and sharpening the pitch. Teams rotate, so you'll experience both sides.
Prompting courses teach you to talk to AI. This workshop teaches you to build with it. The focus is on the operational mindset: architecting business logic, managing AI as a workforce, and shipping a real product. You'll leave with a deployed MVP, not just better prompts.
Yes. The goal is a deployed prototype you can share, test, and iterate on after the workshop. It won't be a finished SaaS product, but it will be a real, functional MVP that's been stress-tested by your peers.
Office hours happen the week after each main session (Fridays 12–1pm). They're a chance to get unblocked, debug issues, and get guidance from Guillaume as you continue building between sessions.
Three Fridays. One deployed product. Stop waiting for permission to build.
